Villa Puri Ayu - Sanur (Bali)

Clean and spacious Beautiful Twin Room with a wonderful pool. Noise from nearby bars disrupted sleep at night.

Fairly clean property with very attentive staff especially the manager Guntar Adi. Helpfulness of the staff. Butter, pancakes, fruit, and eggs for breakfast. Location just off the airport-which was advertised as being 124k on the information and restaurants along the quiet end of Sanur. Plus, minutes from Atlantis Bali Diving.

The rooms are well-appointed and air conditioned and include an electric kettle and a fridge. The hotel provided an exceptional customer service during our trip.

Why I'm torn on this

The lovely garden and pool area create a serene escape from the bustling streets, while the staff were friendly and accommodating to our late-night room change!

The cleanliness of the amenities left much to be desired, with some facilities not working perfectly and the breakfast options not being particularly special or refreshing.

Loved the big pool area and it was nice we could hire bikes for free to explore sanur. Breakfast was just ok, but what do u expect for the price. Nice location, just a short ride to the beach.

The staff provided really good service and were accommodating to our specific needs . The pool area was a lovely retreat with beautiful garden views that added to the serene atmosphere. Our room wassuper clean and cozy.

The pathways leading to the beach are dirty and unkempt!!! The older accommodations feel worn and in need of an upgrade, especially the shower unit which may pose a safety risk!!! The layout is confusing and could definitely be improved.

Super modern room with air conditioning and a tv. It had a kitchenette, mini-fridge, and a cozy terrace. The outdoor swimming pool was great, with loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was nice, with options from the menu or buffet. Clean and comfortable stay overall!

The Emerald Suites were fine, modern, and immaculate. The pool right outside was a perfect spot for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens surrounding the area. The staff's customer service really stood out. Staying with my cousin made it even better.

Staying in the Grand Beautiful Double Room felt quite special. The room looked immaculate with modern decor and had great facilities like an electric kettle and a tv. The two swimming pools outside provided a lovely oasis to relax and unwind. The garden was a nice touch, filled with beautiful plants flowing into small ponds. The breakfast experience didn't match the quality of the room. The options were limited, and the buffet breakfast was poorly replenished, disappointing. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, noise from nearby bars disrupted sleep at night, so be aware if you're a light sleeper.

Villa puri ayu is a beautifully organized complex of small apartments. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We borrowed bikes for free, a fun way to explore. The staff were super kind and helpful .

I loved the spacious room and enjoyed the pool area, but the breakfast was a disappointment with mostly cold options. I might reconsider staying here again.

The location is fantastic, close to wonderful shops, great bars, and restaurants, with spacious and newly refurbished rooms featuring a bathtub.
